What began as a casual paella shared with neighbours on the street has, over time, grown into one of the most beloved cultural and culinary gatherings in La Soledad.

Paella Fest has remained faithful to its origins: a celebration of food, creativity and community life that takes place not behind closed doors, but out in the open, where neighbours, visitors and chefs meet at street level. Each edition brings together a mix of local and international talent, creating a unique blend of flavours and ideas.

For the upcoming 2026 edition, we’re pleased to confirm the participation of Michelin-starred chef Sascha Lenz, along with Armando Suma and local favourite Pau Navarro. Other guest chefs are currently being considered, and more details will follow in the coming months.
